Over the last 6 weeks, I have gradually but steadily been talking to girlfags. I am now in regular contact with about 10 or so. I find them so interesting. I found them on live journal and it has been a help with understanding myself more. Although it seems the jury is still out on whether girlfags and guydykes (us) make good partners, I have heard of success stories but also one or two failures.

Interestingly, all of the girlfags i speak to are all very feminine looking. They enjoy being seen as beautiful but they all say that they wish they could become men as soon as they entered the bedroom. And then a few are seriously considering transition. It does seem as though we are all exact opposites, and just the reversed forms of what is considered normal. We are all about self representation, looking beautiful and sexy, and they are all about objectification. Most of us seem to prefer written porn whereas they love to watch gay porn! Just like all my rowing friends that love lesbian porn. One told me that she gets an intense although imagined hard on every time she sees a cute male ass.

I find their stories really revealing too. One told me that she is quite beautiful and loved this dress she bought. She wore it to a party and enjoyed the night. But she hated the way guys looked at her. And the next day she was in tears because she felt she had presented a facade the day before. So many of them enjoy dressing up, but probably only because they like fashion and the compliments they get, not because of feeling sexy and enjoying the male gaze. The story i found very similar to some stories of us enjoying very male persuits but then maybe feeling shame for presenting as so macho...

One even said she was a fag hag, and one of her fantasies was helping a cute guy crossdress!! amazing.

Most of them want to be the penetrator, and one said to me that she feels protective over her feminine male partner. They all seem conflicted like us, but they have some crazy similarities to my rowing very male guy friends, in the way they talk, the way they speak about a guy's body, how they share videos and pics of hot feminine men. They really seem like females with a very male sexuality but also enjoy very feminine interests. But lastly many are very organised, they talk of giving us a flag/sign for girlfags/boydykes. And one is now developing a social platform site for us all to join.

I once ran into a girlfag on a dating website. I don't know if she realized what she was or if she had ever even heard of the term. She was very attractive and had a feminine girly appearance, not butch at all, but she did come off as a bit of a nymphomaniac.
